Design

In conjunction with our associates we can provide a comprehensive design package for complete plants, individual plant components, headgear, tailing ponds etc. In addition our associates FFE provide a mineral processing diagnostic and analysis service leading to integrated designs for complete mineral processing packages.

Installation, Commissioning and Troubleshooting

Our engineers are available to install and commission new equipment anywhere in the world and are also available to undertake inspection, assessment and rectification work on all our own equipment as well as that of other manufacturers.

After Sales Service

We pride ourselves on offering a complete and efficient after sales service to all our customers, we want long term relationships and happy clients. This we achieve in association with our local representative’s office.

In addition to our centralised spares service, we offer Internet engineering backup and a comprehensive equipment servicing advice programme.

We can not always guarantee to be the cheapest in initial cost terms but we always offer excellent value and proven lowest cost source of supply systems.

What ever the choice our quality is never compromised. All our equipment is made to the latest, relevant international standards acceptable to the customer and tested thoroughly before despatch. Quality Control systems are in place throughout and test certificates are made available where appropriate. 

Logistics

 As part of our comprehensive service we offer a complete service to clients from door to door / drawing board to site. Our shipping department co-ordinates supplies, expedites deliveries and books sea or air freight and can arrange delivery to site.

Our spares service department also acts as a procurement agent offering a full range of mining supplies from nuts and bolts to chemicals. Our goal is to offer ‘one stop shopping’ at competitive prices to make life easier for the guys at the sharp end!
